Claude Training

Bring the task thateats your week. Leavewith Claude doing it.

A live, hands-on Claude session with Nav. Bring one real task, build it into a skill your team can run, and leave with it working. Not a tour of features. Your work, your files, your format.

✓Leave without a working skill and we refund you in full. Online or in person.

Why this session

You've seen the demos. Your Monday hasn't changed.

Most AI training is a tour of features. Where Projects live, what a skill is, how to write a better prompt. Useful, right up until Monday.

The client update still gets built by hand. The quote still waits on the one person who knows the pricing. The new hire still asks the questions everyone has already answered twice.

This session starts from the other end: your task, your files, your format. Nav builds with you until it runs. Then you save it as a skill, so it runs the same way for anyone on the team, every time.

    You

Every Monday I rebuild the same client update from three spreadsheets.

  2. 0:09
    Nav

Good one. Paste last week's update and tell Claude what makes it a good one.

  3. 0:21
    Claude

Read all three files and drafted this week's update in your format. Two figures didn't match between the sheets, so I flagged them instead of guessing.

    Nav

Now save it as a skill, so it runs the same way every week, for anyone on the team.

How the session runs

You're building fromthe first hour, not the last.

The same shape Nav runs in rooms and on Zoom. The 90-minute session covers the first two parts. The 3-hour session runs all three.

  1. Part one

Set up safely, then get a first win.

Check the settings that matter before real work goes in. Give Claude the context of your business with a Project. Then the low-hanging fruit: email, calendars, scheduling, the admin that eats an afternoon. Something works before the hour is up.

  2. Part two

Watch one get built from the room.

Nav takes a task someone brought and turns it into a skill, live. He explains every choice in plain English: what good looks like, what to feed it, where it goes wrong and how you catch it.

    90-minute
    session ends here
  3. Part three

    Build yours.

Turn your own task into a skill with Nav checking in. Test it on real examples, fix what's off, and save it so it works the same way every time.

  4. Afterwards

Take it back to your team.

Your one-page rollout plan and the recording land in your inbox: who goes first, what data stays out, and how to check the output before anyone relies on it.

You leave with
  • A working skill, built on your own task (3-hour session), or one to copy (90 minutes).
  • A Project that knows your business, so answers stop sounding like everyone else's.
  • A one-page team rollout plan: who goes first, what data stays out, how to check the output.
  • The session recording.
What you could bring

If it repeats every weekand somebody groans, it's a candidate.

Every business has its own version of these. If yours isn't here, bring it: the Monday report, the intake form, the client update. Good candidates have clear inputs, a consistent output and someone who can say what good looks like. Messy is fine. Confidential is not.

The renewal desk

Renewals get lost to admin, not to competitors. Build a skill that preps the renewal brief from notes you already have, so the rep walks in ready. The draft goes to the rep for review. Nothing gets sent on its own.

BringOne good past renewal brief, or a list of what one should cover, plus one account's history you're allowed to share.

The quote bottleneck

Quotes wait on the one person who knows the pricing rules. Build a skill that drafts the quote from your product sheet, with the rules and their exceptions inside it. A person still signs the final number, every time.

BringYour price or product sheet, the rules people always ask about, and two recent quotes.

The senior person

Your best person is the bottleneck, and everybody knows it. Capture how they make the call, so the team stops queuing at their desk and they become the reviewer instead. Tested against past decisions before anyone leans on it.

BringNotes or a recorded walkthrough of how they decide, and three past decisions with the reasoning behind them.

Navin Ramharak · Lead AI Strategist, XSparks

Nav learned AI because his businesses needed it. Payroll, clients, proposals, and too many things to do. That's where it earned its place in his day, and it's where he teaches from: real work, plain English, and a working result by the end.

He has taught more than two thousand people live and been hired by more than eighty AI companies to teach their own products. Every session on this page is his, live. Nobody else runs it.

Who's behind this

XSparks takes the work that eats a company's week, rebuilds it so AI does it, and stays accountable to a number the client's own finance team signs. Our leadership spent 30+ years running companies before any of this was called AI. The person teaching is the person building.

Questions people ask before booking

Ask us anything. These come up most.

Do I need a paid Claude plan?+
Skills work on every Claude plan, including Free, once code execution is switched on in your settings. Sharing a skill straight to colleagues needs a Team or Enterprise plan. Your confirmation email covers the setup, and Nav flags anything in the session that needs a paid plan.
What's the difference between the 90-minute and the 3-hour session?+
In 90 minutes Nav gets the room set up properly, teaches the three ideas, and builds one skill live from a task somebody brought. You leave with the setup, the recording and a skill you can copy. In 3 hours you also build your own, with Nav checking in, and you leave with it working. If you've barely used Claude, either one works: the first part gets everyone comfortable before anything clever happens.
There are free Claude courses. Why pay for this?+
Take them. They're good at showing what the features do. This is live time building on your own work with Nav in the room, and you leave with it running. A course can't look at your Monday.
What should I bring?+
A laptop, your Claude login, one task that repeats every week, and a few examples of it that you're allowed to share. Bring only what you're allowed to share: the setup part of the session covers what stays out, such as passwords, client-confidential material and regulated data, and which settings to check with your IT team.
What if I can't make it live, or it isn't worth it?+
You can move your seat to a later date, and the recording goes to everyone who books. And if you leave without a working skill, we refund you in full. That applies to the online sessions and the in-person days.
Will you try to sell me something?+
Not during the session. It's building time. XSparks does bigger AI work for companies, and if that looks useful later, we'll ask whether you want to talk.
Is XSparks part of Anthropic?+
No. XSparks is an independent company. We teach Claude. Anthropic makes it. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC, and XSparks is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Anthropic.
