ROI Dashboard

Every AI pitch comeswith a price. Almost nonecome with a return.

One screen for every workflow: what it cost, what it gave back, and what's still waiting on a person. Built for finance. Clear enough for the board.

How to read it

Pick any row. It reads back in plain English.

  • At cost, never marked up. Your AI bill comes straight from your provider, on your own account.
  • It stops above the line you set. Nothing bigger moves without a person saying yes, and the decision is logged.
  • Your finance team can open it themselves. Read-only, with runs, costs and definitions exported to CSV.

The row waiting on approval is the point. Automation stops where your policy says a person must decide.
Why the number holds up

The screen is the easy part. Agreeing what counts is the hard part.

  1. Week one

    The baseline is yours.

Trailing twelve months, agreed in writing before we touch anything. A baseline set after we start means nothing.

  2. Before the build

    Finance owns the definitions.

They decide what counts as a saved hour or a captured dollar, and sign the method before anything ships.

  3. Every run

    The cost is logged.

Which AI did the work, what it cost, and whose workflow it was. Nobody tags anything by hand.

  4. Every 90 days

    Six numbers, signed.

Not an activity report. The same review for every workflow, signed by your own finance team.

Nothing counted twice. One primary outcome per workflow, agreed with finance, and at most two supporting indicators.

Questions finance asks first

Ask these of any AI vendor. Then ask us.

01Is this a real screen?+
The screens on this page are the real XSparks platform running on sample workspace data. The table is sample data laid out so it's easy to read. Your dashboard shows your workflows and your numbers.
02Can I see a real client's dashboard?+
Not yet. Every result we publish comes with five things or it doesn't get published: the company or approved context, the baseline, the date range, the measurement method, and the client finance team's sign-off. When a client's numbers clear that bar, they go up here.
03What does the AI itself cost?+
Whatever your AI provider charges, on your own account. You bring your own keys, your provider bills you directly, and we never touch your token spend. The dashboard shows it per run, next to what that run returned.
04Who decides what counts as a return?+
Your finance team. They own the definitions of a saved hour or a captured dollar, sign the measurement method before anything ships, and can rerun it without us. The dashboard reads from that spec. It doesn't invent its own.
05What happens to your fee if the number doesn't move?+
Where the baseline and outcome can be measured together, part of our fee sits on the outcome. Agreed up front, capped both ways and trued up every ninety days, so the most it can move is known before you sign. If a baseline can't be measured, that workflow runs on a flat fee.
06Can our finance team pull the data themselves?+
Yes. Read-only access for finance, and every run, cost and definition exports to CSV. They can rerun the consumption numbers without asking us, or you.

Bring us the workflow that costs you the most.

We'll tell you plainly whether the math works before anything starts.
